Housing corporations and landlords have taken significant steps in making their rental homes sustainable. The sustainability approach of mixed owners associations and scattered properties is often considered complex and not very promising. Our experience proves that making owners associations sustainable is also possible when there is attention on the differences in ambition and financial possibilities. Here too, the housing corporation or landlord can become the driver of the sustainability efforts.
