Every investment brings together a wide range of choices. Through our Smart Energy approach, we focus on building systems and determine what solutions are truly effective. With fluctuating gas prices, rising electricity costs, the phase-out of net metering for solar panels, and limited grid capacity, the landscape can quickly become complex. With Smart Energy, we compare solutions based on CO₂ reduction, housing costs, investment levels, and payback periods.
