Capex Klépierre

At Tsavo, we are proud of our long-standing partnership with Klépierre to provide insight into and optimize the CapEx of their Dutch portfolio annually. This year marks the fifth consecutive year in which we are taking on the challenge together with all stakeholders to structure planned and improvement investments as efficiently as possible. 

This collaboration involves more than just figures and investments: it is about creating a better shopping experience for visitors; strengthening sustainability wherever possible; and ensuring an effective CapEx and maintenance process. Every year, we take steps to improve the physical spaces and installations and to contribute to a future-proof retail environment. 

Due to constantly changing legislation and regulations and the rapid innovation of technologies, a flexible attitude is crucial to making the right trade-offs between different investment options. At Tsavo, we support Klépierre in this by working closely with Klépierre and their regular contract partners. Together, we brainstorm annually regarding the maintenance vision and the necessary maintenance of the elements under their management. Through the joint efforts of all parties involved, we are committed to keeping Klépierre's shopping centers attractive, sustainable, and efficient, and to making improvements in this regard wherever possible.
